When attending for your appointment

PRE SCREENING COVID-19 QUESTIONS

  • Have you had the recent onset of a new continuous cough?
  • Do you have a high temperature?
  • Have you noticed a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell? 

If your answer is “YES” to any of the above questions, then please cancel your appointment.

Your safety is our priority. We have performed a full risk assessment of our premises and the services we offer.

The key things you need to know are;

If you feel unwell or have been in contact with someone who is unwell with confirmed or suspected coronavirusstay at home.
Please cancel you appointment.

We are following strict social distancing guidelines within our salons.

Our barbers will be wearing visors at all times. Some staff may decide to wear a mask in addition. We would prefer customers to wear a mask whilst in our salons if possible, although this is not mandatory. Disposable masks will be available to purchase for your appointment (or bring your own).

We will direct you to the appropriate area on arrival. This may be a designated waiting area or directly into the treatment chair. 

 

We have increased the frequency of handwashing and surface cleaning in our shops. Equipment, the treatment chair and working station will be sanitised between each customer.
Children may be accompanied for their appointment by one adult only.

Toilet facilities will remain open. We will be increasing the frequency of cleaning in these areas.
